پیکر شهید طهرانچی و همسرش در حرم مطهر حضرت ‌عبدالعظیم(ع) آرام گرفت

پایگاه اطلاع رسانی آستان مقدس حضرت عبدالعظیم(ع):

پیکر شهید دکتر محمدمهدی طهرانچی و همسر ایشان، امروز پس از طواف در حرم حضرت عبدالعظیم(ع) در شبستان امام خمینی(ره) این آستان مقدس به خاک سپرده شد.

به گزارش اداره کل تبلیغات و ارتباطات اسلامی آستان مقدس، آیین خاکسپاری پیکر مطهر شهید دکتر محمدمهدی طهرانچی و همسرشان، ظهر امروز با حضور پرشور خانواده‌های شهدا، جامعه دانشگاهی، شخصیت‌های علمی و فرهنگی و مردم شهیدپرور، در حرم مطهر حضرت عبدالعظیم حسنی(ع) برگزار شد.

پیکر این شهید بزرگوار پس از طواف گرد ضریح مطهر حضرت سیدالکریم(ع)، برای تدفین به شبستان امام خمینی(ره) منتقل شد. نماز این شهدای گرانقدر نیز به امامت حجت‌الاسلام والمسلمین سیدعلی قاضی عسکر، تولیت آستان مقدس حضرت عبدالعظیم(ع)، اقامه شد.

شهید دکتر طهرانچی، رئیس پیشین دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی، از دانشمندان برجسته و چهره‌های خوشنام علمی کشور بود که افتخارش خادمی آستان مقدس حضرت علی بن موسی‌الرضا(ع) بود و به دست رژیم جنایتکار صهیونیستی به درجه رفیع شهادت نائل شد.
