برپایی میز خدمت اداره کل گذرنامه در آستان مقدس جهت تسهیل امور دریافت گذرنامه زیارتی پیاده روی اربعین حسینی

پایگاه اطلاع رسانی آستان مقدس حضرت عبدالعظیم(ع):

پیرو هماهنگی صورت گرفته جهت تسهیل در دریافت گذرنامه زیارتی و شرکت در پیاده روی اربعین حسینی، متقاضیان می توانند روزهای چهارشنبه و پنجشنبه مورخ ۱۰ و ۱۱ مردادماه از ساعت ۱۹ با مراجعه به میز خدمت اداره کل گذرنامه در آستان مقدس حضرت عبدالعظیم(ع) اقدام نمایند.

* مدارک لازم جهت صدور گذرنامه زیارتی:
۱- تهیه و تکمیل فرم گذرنامه زیارتی.
۲- اصل و کپی شناسنامه و کارت ملی.
۳- یک قطعه عکس ۴×۳.
۴- رضایت‌ همسر برای بانوان.
۵- رضایت پدر یا جد پدری یا قیم برای فرزندان زیر ۱۸ سال الزامی است. (بصورت محضری یا حضور همسر و پدر جهت اخذ رضایت کتبی).
۶- افراد بالای ۱۸ سال باید کارت پایان خدمت داشته باشند (در صورت نداشتن کارت پایان خدمت در سایت سخا ثبت نام نموده و اجازه خروج از سازمان نظام وظیفه اخذ نمایند).
۷- عکس دار بودن شناسنامه برای افراد بالای ۱۵ سال جهت تحویل مدارک الزامی می باشد.
۸- تهیه فیش ۶۵هزار تومان.
