Olum-e-Hadith Academy, as one of the non-governmental and non- benefit making higher educ
ation institutes, began its activity in 1378(1999) officially licensed by supreme Cultural Revolution Council aiming at realizing the unity of Hoze’-yeh (theology centers) and universities and its goals are as follows:
* Training Teachers and Training expert in Olum-e-Hadith for the Academic Centers.
* Training Researchers and experts in the field of Islamic studies and researchers related to Hadith knowledge studies.
* Training of missionaries for the country and abroad and meeting the demands of cultural counsellorship and house of the Islamic Republic of Iran in foreign countries.
* Attracting the volunteers for Olum-e-Haiti’s studies and researches, and meeting the demands of Islamic centers abroad.
* Creating facilities to promote cultural-scientific level of the government organizations and Islamic Revolution organizations in different Islamic field issues, and to identify the talents and training them for higher levels such as: Mohaddeth, missioner, researchers, and Islamic expert.

The extension of the courses presented in this academy and reception of foundation licenses for master and doctorate degrees are begging followed up by the academy's authorizes .the acceptance in this institute is through centralized=Testing system of the country and an approved bachelor degree (B/A) shall be awarded to the graduated students.

Educational and research Facilities.
In the academy building with a substructure area of more than 20000 square meters next to the holy shrine of Hazr
at-e-Abdul Azim (A.S), there are sixteen 50 person classrooms and six 70 person classrooms, two 120 person meeting halls, a computer center and a language laboratory, a specialized library of Olum-e-Hadith with 250000 volumes of books, separated study rooms for men and women, an information and internet center, an Astronomy and Astrology center.

ive code number among those institutes which accept their students through semi centralized method(by interview) after acceptance in the test(the number of accepted students are several times more than the academy's capacity), the students are tested and the interviewed finally the qualified students are accepted as the student of this university.
