In 1291 ghamari a child was born in Hosseinabad place of Esfahan in the home of ayatollah mirza javad bidabadi who was named Ali. He learnt preliminaries of sciences with his father who was a pious faghih and then attended his elder brother’s classes sheikh ahmad mojtahed who was one of famous scholars of that day in Esfahan and at the age of ten participated in the class of mirza hashem khonsari, writer of Mabaniolosul and in 1304 hegira he came to Tehran and learnt jurisprudence and theological principles from mirza hassan ashtiani.he passed behind the years of puberty when he attended theosophy(gnosis) classes and in 18th year of age attained the degree of Ejtehad. Then he went to Najaf and attended classes of akhund khorasani, sheikh fathollah shariat(sheikholshariah),ayat. Mirza hassan khalili and ayat.m.t.shirazi.shahabadi,after 8 years of residence in Iraq returned to Iran and resided in shahabad ave.of tehran(present jomhouri eslami) and became known as this. He resided 17 years in Tehran and in 1347 hegira went to Ghom and began teaching students of religious sciences. Among his students was emam khomeini and shahabeddin najafi. Emam Khomeini liked shahabadi too much such that whenever there was mention of him he said: may I perish for him. This point is evident in emam’s books specially his mystical books. After 7 years of residence in Ghom, he returned to Tehran again in 1354 hegira and taught religion and jurisprudence and principles and also wrote his books including shazratolmaaref 2- rashahatolbehar 3- meftaholsaadeh fi ahkamolebadeh 4- marginal explanation of Najaholebad 5- manazelossalekin 6- marginal note to kefayatolosul, akhund khorasani 7- marginal note to fosulolosul 8- the thesis aghl val jahl. During the Reza khan reign, one of the major works of ayat. Shahabadi was his combat against the tyrant king. Emam says: the late shahabadi, in addition to being a jurisprudent and full theologian, was also a true combatant. Finally,he died in 1328 solar year after 78 years flourishing life and his body was carried to Shahr-e-Rey and buried in the Rawagh (Portico) of Abolfotuh Razi.
